GMR was voted on today. The new GMR for GV proper is Dame Fionna.

A schedule of events will be posted by next weekend.

Class Guilds and Circle of Steel were to meet after all thing and Come up with GMs for each.

6.1 Rule book is suppose to be coming out on Sept 21 as a play testing version.

BOD Alternates are needed until January.

BOD meeting to be held after all thing.

Issue of Head shots...one more time.
Suggested to playtest the deflection off head doesn't count.

Newbie Efforts
It was suggested that upon the first payment of dues they should recieve a belt (excluding White, Red, Yellow and Black) and a tunic.

A suggestion was brought up that there should be a half a dozen Rulebooks, Coporas, and Dor un Avathar's in stock. The rule book and copora will be free with your first dues payment, after that they will be sold. Dor un Avathar's will be on sale. All prices will be the rate it costs to print.

BOD minutes 9/14

The meeting started out with addressing our two new alternates and explaining to them what the BOD does.

Groups of GV
    It has been noticed that many groups under us have little or no contact with us. They will be receiving 3 letters from the king. if these Groups do not respond to his messages they are considered no longer a part of GV

Groups petitioning
    Dragon's Lair in Kentucky- Approved. They will be considered Petitioning for the next 6 months to see if they keep contact and send us the appropriate paper work.
    Parth Luhn, an group formally apart of RW. We are still looking into this.
    Shadowed Grove in Indiana, still awaiting more information.
    Group in Mass, still awaiting more information.

Sleeping Dragon's request for Barony. BOD would like to talk with them before a decision can be made.

A contract for our groups will be written up. This contract will state that our groups will abide by the GV copora.

GE Bid.

It was decided that all members of the BOD will vote.

After a long discussion it was decided that the company of the White Boar will run GE 5. Congrats!
